One-Component, Nonsag, Elastomeric Polyurethane Sealant

Mapeflex P1 FT is a high-performance, one-component, fast-track, elastomeric, moisture-cured, polyurethane sealant and adhesive. Mapeflex P1 FT offers excellent adhesion to most surfaces, superior gunning and tooling, and excellent flexibility for moving joints.

Cures to a void-free polyurethane
Accommodates joint movement of +/- 35%
High abrasion and tear resistance
Tremendous adhesion
Paintable and sandable
