Mapecoat TNS Base Coat Binder [NA] is a flexible, fast-set, 100%-acrylic latex compound for indoor and outdoor surfaces, used as a basecoat to prepare asphalt and pre-treated concrete surfaces before applying additional Mapecoat TNS products. Mapecoat TNS Base Coat Binder [NA] is ideal for covering small imperfections on the substrate and for promoting a strong bond. Mapecoat TNS Base Coat Binder [NA] is used with Mapecoat TNS system products to form durable and comfortable playing surfaces.
