Mapebond VM Rapid

Premium, Rapid-Setting, Polymer-Modified Veneer Mortar

Mapebond VM Rapid is a rapid-setting, nonsag mortar designed for the installation of manufactured stone veneer, thin brick and natural stone in exterior and interior applications.  This polymer-modified mortar has a high content of unique dry polymer, resulting in excellent adhesion between the substrate and veneer units. Mapebond VM Rapid offers superior drying-out characteristics for quick curing, allowing for pointing/grouting in 3 to 4 hours. Mapebond VM Rapid does not contribute to efflorescence. It exceeds ANSI A118.4FT, ANSI A118.11 and ANSI A118.15FT requirements when mixed with water.
