The project was a commercial development with 12 levels, 22,500m² of gross floor area, and an aerial car park. The areas were complex, needing precise detailing. Mapei waterproofing products were intervened in June 2023, to help with detailing the membrane terminations. Areas included: Balconies and terraces, Planter boxes, Main exposed roof deck.

Application	The contractor was well trained in various sheet membranes However, there was only one sheet that could handle the detailing of this project. The two main two requirements of the project were to have a sheet membrane that sticks to metal and is suitable beneath pedestal pavers. Mapei Spider P was selected as the best solution to serve both. Additionally, Spider P is compatible with several liquid membranes and sealants. This resolved additional compatibility concerns that were experienced with other sheet membranes. A new application method was discovered for Mapecomfort R. The rubber mat system was utilised for membrane protection in planter boxes and external balconies.
