High early strength, rapid setting cementitious structural grout

Mapefill HES is a high early strength flowable shrinkage compensated cementitious grout. It is suitable for anchoring, grouting and concrete repair applications where a rapid initial set and fast strength gain are required.

Mapefill HES can be used for anchoring machinery/bearing pads/baseplates, anchoring of metallic structures, filling rigid joints between concrete and precast elements, anchoring and grouting applications where a fast return to service is required, and repairing of beams and columns.

Highly fluid grout suitable for 10 – 200 mm pour depths

Excellent resistance to dynamic mechanical stress

CONSUMPTION: Approx. 20 kg/m at 10 mm thickness
PACKAGING: 20 kg paper bags
