Mapefill GP AU is a preblended powdered grout
based on high strength cement, graded aggregates with 1 mm diameter and special
additives with an expansive agent formulated by the MAPEI research
laboratories.
When mixed with between 2.2L and 3.8L of water, Mapefill GP AU is transformed into a very versatile general purpose construction grout that can produces a range of consistencies from Dry Pack right through to a highly fluid Pourable consistency without segregation that is able to fill intricate spaces and accommodate all the requirements needed of a high quality construction grout.
Mapefill GP AU, due to its expansive agent, is characterised by
a total absence of shrinkage in the plastic (ASTM C827) and hardened phase, and
develops early flexural and compressive strength.
WHERE TO USE:
Recommended for grouting voids in structural elements,
anchor points, filling gaps in precast elements and tilt up construction and
grouting base plates and bridge bearings.
