MAPEFAST C

Chloride-based admixture to accelerate setting and hardening of cementitious mortar.

Mapefast C is a chloride-based, liquid setting-accelerator admixture. When added to the mix at the recommended dosage, Mapefast C improves the cement's hydration reaction, accelerating the normal setting times.

WHERE TO USE:

Casting concrete without reinforcement during cold weather
Mixing cementitious mortar during winter seasons
Production of pre-cast elements without reinforcement, with a reduction in handling time and the time required to remove formwork, including vibro-compressed concrete (beads, blocks, etc.)

ADVANTAGES:

lower setting times, including at low temperatures, compared with mixes without admixtures
easier, quicker removal of formwork
elimination of problems caused by freezing of the concrete

TECHNICAL DATA:
Dosage: 0.75-1.5 kg every 100 kg of cement
Consistency: liquid
Colour: red
Density according to ISO 758 (g/cm³): 1.35 ± 0.03 at +20°C
Packaging: 7, 13 and 30 kg tanks.
