PROJOINT DIL PHDE is a load-bearing structural joint composed of two opposing L-shaped profiles, and two telescopically joined parts in natural aluminium. PHDE/80 horizontal expansion +/- 15 mm, vertical expansion +/- 6 mm. PHDE/110 horizontal expansion +/- 20 mm, vertical expansion +/- 5 mm. The two L-shaped structures are provided with drilled bases (diam. 10 mm) to allow the mechanical fixing with screws included in the supply. Load capacity for pedestrians, light trolleys, stretchers, vehicles with pneumatic wheels up to 300 kN, and forklifts with solid rubber wheels up to 100 kN. The profile's height must be 0.5÷1mm equal to or lower than the tile thickness, never higher. The use of the joint must be verified considering the chemical, mechanical, or other stresses of the place where it is installed. The regulations concerning the joints and the distance between them must be indicated by the project architect or the work supervisor (with reference to the country's regulations).
