Be Happy with MAPEI & Service Champion 2024

Mapei Construction Chemicals’ commitment to customer engagement and fostering long-term relationships with its partners was fully demonstrated through the "Be Happy with MAPEI" and "Service Champion 2024" campaigns. These initiatives, held from 4th November to 5th December 2024, successfully brought together resellers, customers, and Mapei employees in a series of interactive and rewarding activities. The events celebrated Mapei's values of quality, innovation, and service, creating memorable experiences for all participants.

Participating Resellers

The 2024 campaigns featured several respected resellers who played a vital role in ensuring the success of the events: Mohammed Al Qama, Lapiz Blue, Emirates Ceramics, Das International, Hercules, and QCon.

Campaign Overview

Campaigns were designed to celebrate the loyalty and expertise of Mapei's resellers and customers.

The heart of the "Be Happy with MAPEI" campaign was its ability to bring resellers and customers together. Mapei encouraged resellers to create engaging experiences in their branches, ensuring everyone had an opportunity to interact and learn more about Mapei's products.

From 9 am to 5 pm, resellers and Mapei staff were at the reseller branch counters, engaging with walk-in customers, answering questions, and demonstrating the value of Mapei products. Each participating reseller set up temporary Mapei stands, ensuring a visually appealing and informative atmosphere throughout the campaign. The first customer to purchase Mapei products received special Mapei giveaways as a token of appreciation. Customers were invited to take pictures with the "Be Happy with MAPEI" frame, capturing memories of their engagement with the campaign. As a thank you, branded Mapei T-shirts and pens were distributed to customers, reinforcing the connection between Mapei and its valued supporters.

Engaging the E-Quiz platform allowed resellers' staff to compete in quizzes, qualifying some for the prestigious Service Champion competition.

Mix n Fix Competition was held on 5th December 2024. This competition tested participants' (E-quiz winners) skills in applying Mapei products in real-world scenarios, highlighting the precision and craftsmanship required for quality construction. Teams of two participants per reseller competed in applying epoxy grout, silicones, tile adhesives, and uncoupling membrane. Each reseller's team demonstrated their proficiency in using these essential Mapei products, making it a competitive and educational experience for all involved. The event featured a series of additional challenges, including a written quiz followed by a face-to-face quiz competition, all evaluated by our expert technical team.

The Service Champion 2024 competition culminated in the month-long campaign on 5th December. Designed to reward the resellers and staff who demonstrated excellence in customer service and product theoretical and practical knowledge. The event acknowledged the outstanding performance of resellers who won competitions and exemplified the best of Mapei's customer-focused values. The top two teams, Das International and Lapiz Blue were crowned Service Champions in 2024.
