Empowering Women will be discussed at the Women’s Pavilion of Expo 2020 Dubai on Friday 22nd October. Politicians, businesspeople and experts will examine the subject of Women & career progression: how to fully harness human potential at an international conference organised by the European Union.
Veronica Squinzi, Mapei’s CEO, will be involved in a panel entitled: “Policy action and best practice exchange” that aims to focus on how political, business and social leaders are promoting gender equality at the workplace in their respective nations, businesses and communities.
Veronica Squinzi will tackle this subject from the perspective of her own experience, providing a personal testimony of Mapei’s commitment to guaranteeing gender parity and equal opportunities at the workplace.
Others taking part include Krister Nilsson, Secretary of State for Sweden’s Ministry of Foreign Trade and Nordic Affairs, Yann Borgstedt, President of the Womanity Foundation and Matt Wallaert,, a well-known scientist specialising in gender equality studies.
