Dubai, UAE,17th November 2014: MAPEI, a global leader in the manufacturing of adhesives, sealants and chemical products for the building industry, will introduce three new solutions during the company’s 9th participation at the Big 5 International Building & Construction Show 2014, which will take place from November 17 to 20, 2014 at the World Trade Center in Dubai.
To cater to the market demand, MAPEI will unveil its technological innovation that provides the market with touch of design.
A perfect combination of 14 new colors of grout, with a natural effect, were added already to the available color range. The grout selection is suitable for all types and formats of floors and walls: ceramic tiles, stone material, mosaics and metal. They are also available as cementitious and epoxy grout. The second product, “ULTRATOP” is an ultrafast setting self-levelling mortar based on a special hydraulic binder for abrasion resistant flooring. It is used internally in public and industrial buildings on the top of the new or existing concrete, and over ceramic substrates in thickness from 5-40mm, to make the service suitable for heavy pedestrian traffic use in shopping centers, offices, showrooms or areas where rubber-wheeled vehicles are in use. At last, Mapei will launch “PLANIGROUT 300 ME PCT”, which is a free flowing epoxy grout specifically developed for heavy duty and structural support under both static and dynamic situations.
As part of the group growing strategy, MAPEI has also recently opened an office in Qatar to meet the needs of the booming construction sector.
