Concrete Restoration Systems

Because the Concrete Restoration Systems line provides a full spectrum of solutions for buildings, infrastructure, bridges, stadiums and public facilities, MAPEI’s technical support can work with state Departments of Transportation (DOTs) and facility managers alike. The product line also includes coatings and sealers, decorative toppings, waterproofing products, epoxy adhesives and corrosion protection products. Additionally, some of MAPEI’s CRS products are included in the DOT-Approved Product Lists (APLs) of several states in the U.S. (please refer to each state’s DOT to verify the most current and complete list of approved products for each state).

RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT

MAPEI reinvests 5% of its annual revenues into the research and development (R&D) of new products and innovative technologies, and existing products are continually tested and improved. Further, 70% of that R&D effort is directed at developing eco-sustainable and environmentally friendly products across all MAPEI lines.

CERTIFICATION

In addition to ISO certification, some MAPEI products carry certifications from or help contribute to such standards as LEED, the Living Building Challenge and the WELL Building Standard. At MAPEI, sustainability is a certified priority.
